For some it may be potato chips, for others chips and salsa, for me….. the mere mention of or visualization of chocolate or cheesecake made my world stop.
I’d have to pause and repeat “See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil”.
Cravings for sugar and salt are very real and over time can lead to emotional and physical complications.
This may be a sign of nutrient deficits and can be overcome by:
1) Increasing your daily intake of vegetables, fruits and nuts.
2) Taking a phytonutrient based multivitamin
3) Keeping a food craving journal
4) Drinking more water
5) Exercise
